Booking Policies

Booking Policies

1. Reservations and Eligibility

These Booking Policies apply to direct reservations made with Hey Miami LLC (“Hey Miami”) through the Hey Miami website. By completing a reservation, the booking guest agrees to these Booking Policies, the applicable property listing, any building or condominium rules communicated for the property, and the Terms & Conditions.

The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must have the legal authority to enter into the reservation. Hey Miami may request a valid government-issued photo ID, identity verification, payment verification, or other reasonable information before or during the stay.

2. Rates, Fees, and Payment

Rates, taxes, cleaning charges, resort or building fees, parking charges, and other applicable amounts are displayed during the booking process or otherwise disclosed before the reservation is confirmed. The guest is responsible for reviewing the total price and property-specific terms before booking.

Direct reservations are managed through Guesty and payments are processed through Stripe or other payment providers Hey Miami may use from time to time. Hey Miami does not require guests to send payment card information by email.

Unless a different payment schedule is clearly shown at booking, amounts due must be paid according to the payment schedule presented during checkout. A reservation may be canceled or access withheld if required payments or verification are not completed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Unless a different rate or cancellation policy is clearly disclosed before booking, a direct reservation canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date is eligible for a full refund of refundable reservation charges. A cancellation made less than 14 days before scheduled check-in is non-refundable.

No-shows and unused nights following an early departure are non-refundable. Any non-refundable rate, promotion, third-party charge, or fee specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of booking remains subject to the terms disclosed with that rate or charge.

Refund timing may depend on the payment processor and the guest’s financial institution. Hey Miami is not responsible for bank or card-network processing times after a refund has been issued.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. local time. Check-out is either 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. local time depending on the property. The applicable check-out time will be shown in the property information, reservation confirmation, guest instructions, or other communications for the stay.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Additional charges may apply. Unauthorized late departure may result in additional charges when it interferes with cleaning, building requirements, or an incoming reservation.

5. $200 Security Authorization

For eligible direct reservations, Hey Miami may place a $200 authorization hold on the payment card associated with the reservation as security for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or material violations of the reservation or property rules. An authorization hold reserves available credit or funds but is not a completed charge.

If no amount is properly due, Hey Miami will release the authorization or allow it to expire according to the payment processor’s procedures. The guest’s bank or card issuer controls how quickly released funds or available credit appear on the guest’s account.

If an amount is properly due, Hey Miami may charge all or part of the authorized amount, to the extent permitted by the payment system and applicable law. If costs exceed the authorization amount, the guest remains responsible for additional amounts properly due under the reservation.

6. Occupancy, Guests, and Property Use

The maximum occupancy and any visitor restrictions are stated in the applicable listing or property instructions. The booking guest is responsible for all occupants and visitors and for ensuring that everyone in the party follows these policies and all property, building, condominium, association, and community rules.

Properties may not be used for unauthorized parties, events, commercial activity, unlawful activity, or any purpose that materially disturbs neighbors or violates building rules. Quiet hours, amenity restrictions, registration procedures, wristband or access-device rules, and other requirements may vary by property.

7. Smoking, Noise, and Conduct

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside Hey Miami accommodations unless a property expressly states otherwise. Guests must comply with all noise restrictions and must not create excessive noise, nuisance conditions, or disturbances.

Hey Miami may take reasonable action in response to serious or repeated rule violations, including contacting building security, restricting access where permitted, or requiring the guest to leave when allowed by the reservation terms, building rules, or applicable law. Refunds are not guaranteed when a stay is ended because of a guest’s material violation.

8. Damage, Missing Items, and Excessive Cleaning

Guests are responsible for damage caused by the booking guest, occupants, or visitors beyond ordinary wear and tear, as well as missing property, unauthorized charges, excessive cleaning, fines attributable to the guest, and replacement of lost keys, fobs, access cards, parking devices, or similar items.

Guests should report accidental damage promptly. Hey Miami may document damage or additional costs with photographs, invoices, vendor estimates, building notices, or other reasonable records.

9. Building and Property-Specific Rules

Hey Miami manages accommodations in multiple buildings and communities. Rules, amenities, parking arrangements, registration requirements, resort charges, access procedures, and other conditions may differ by property. Property-specific information communicated in the listing, booking flow, confirmation, guest portal, rental agreement, or check-in instructions forms part of the reservation terms.

If a building or governmental authority imposes a lawful restriction outside Hey Miami’s reasonable control, Hey Miami will communicate available options as reasonably practicable.

10. Guest Information and Communications

The guest must provide accurate contact information, including a working email address and phone number. Hey Miami may use email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, the guest portal, or booking-platform messaging to send transactional and stay-related communications.

Promotional communications are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable opt-out rights.
