Founder Story

Hey Miami began in 2022 with a simple idea: vacation-rental management should feel personal. Founder Victoria Chanteiro grew up in South Florida and began working in real estate while in college. As she worked closely with property owners, she saw how easily their properties could become just another number in a growing portfolio.

She built Hey Miami to offer a different experience, one centered on personal attention, direct communication, and management tailored to each property. Today, that same vision is supported by professional systems and a hospitality-focused team committed to making every owner and guest feel valued.
